This wine is from the Weltevrede Collectibles Chardonnay line. It has a light golden color and a strong mixture of dried mango, ripe white pear, and ginger on the nose. The palate reveals bright flavors of ripe lemons and dried mango with a chalky finish. This wine is a bold over powering wine which is either loved or hated.

Fermented in French Oak barrel and American Oak barrels for 9 months which also contribute significantly to the colour, flavour and aroma of the wine. No malolactic fermentation. Skin contact with battonage once a week. This is a Bold over powering wine which is either loved or hated. Bottle size: 750ml
